8.0Very clean and updated to good standards. I highly recommend to anyone. We stayed with young children and felt safe and well attended to. Transfers from and to the airport were easily handled by the owner and very affordable. The place was lovely. It could use sunlight blocking drapes in the outer bedroom due to the early summer dawn and white nights. The 3 flights of stairs isn't for the faint of heart, but wasn't a problem for us. Security seemed excellent. The neighborhood is residential in nature and safe. Close to many key areas and if you are comfortable walking a bit, like we were, then almost the entire city is within walking distance. Highly recommend for the value oriented traveler!

6.0Close in location. But had to walk up four flights of stairs several times with luggage at least once. Sergei the driver was nice and went the extra mile by taking us back to airport and walking up with us to figure out the codes and the key.
Saint Petersburg apartment
10.0Best location in saint Petersburg. Close to main train station and central saint Petersburg. Walking distance to alot of the main tourist attraction. Service was excellent, and room comfy. Great for a group of 5 to 6 people.
