8.0This hotel is confortable, beds are a little too firm but you still get a nice sleep, pillows are one of the best I used. The WiFi will disconnect your device every 5 minutes so it becomes very annoying trying to connect back again. Nothing tells you that the systems disconnects you so I ended up wasting my navigation data allowance. Be careful with this! Breakfast is definitely something that sets this hotel apart. So many choices and is all INCLUDED in your booking price. You can choose your fruit, your juice, your bread and the most delicious chilaquiles I had in quite some time. Weather was too cold to use the pool, it looked very good but I didn’t use it. This hotel is located in the middle of nowhere so you will need to drive a few miles to eat it buy something. Do not even try to watch TV. The cable service or whatever they use is way too bad to watch anything, the signal is as poor as it can be. Overall I was nicely surprised by the room, (lots of space) and the glorious breakfast, but the WiFi and the TV really ruined much of my stay.

6.0the front man is very very blunt and brusque person. Never smile, never say sorry, never greet, never have sympathy with guests's complaint etc.
