2.0Travelers beware. All the sheets and pillows have stains on it, the bathroom floor was wet upon entry, and it seemed like something was leaking. The room is general was old and not so clean. Our check-in process was not good, the manager tried two difference credit cards and the machine won’t work, so ended up asking to get on their WiFi so we can book through Expedia. The manager was hesitant because he said Expedia charges a commission. There doesn't seem to be another option, and after booking online, he was hesitant in giving us the room even with our confirmation number. The music in the garden was incredibly loud, it seems like there was a party going on, so we asked front desk when it will go until. They said probably 3AM and that all the rooms can hear music, so we wouldn't be able to switch to a room further away from the music. We have a flight to catch at 6AM the next day. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

2.0Front desk couldn't find reservation and internet was down so couldn't even look me up!!! Arrived in Addis at 1am and they had already closed the doors so had to knock several times. Whole experiment was bad for a 4 star hotel!!!

2.0I stayed at this hotel because it was close to our office. I checked out early because I had to go another office location in Ethiopia. I am still trying to get a refund from the hotel almost a month later. The owner kept saying she need to talk to Finance to get me a refund and that still has not happened despite several trips to the hotel. I will not be staying there again.
