Beautiful location and hotel, bad service
4.0The hotel is located in a beautiful península. Access to the sea is through decks that are spread around the hotel. Rooms are good and the one we were in had a private pool, although the pool was unusable as it had too much chlorine.
− While the hotel is beautiful, service levels are poor. Many of the staff dont speak good English and communication is difficult. In the main Ezi restaurant in particular we had several bad experiences. 30 minutes to get a coffee in the morning. Bills that came with items we did not order. Over an hour waiting for food and starters coming after main course. Just a mess. The manager of this restaurant was particularly unhelpful and unfriendly. In one occasion where they had over charged us and I complained, he came back with a bill which he claimed he had sorted out, but without the itemized order so that we could not verify.

9.0The hotel was exceptionally clean and beautifully designed. Although our room had only a partial sea view, the scenery was still stunning and made our stay even more enjoyable. The quality of the food included in the all-inclusive package exceeded our expectations. Most of the staff were genuinely kind, professional, and welcoming. We had a small issue with our order at the Ezi restaurant, but the team handled it with great courtesy and professionalism, making sure we left satisfied. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the same experience at the Suvah restaurant. One of the male staff members was not as professional or courteous as the rest of the team, which was disappointing considering the otherwise excellent level of service throughout the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
