Originell mit guter Lage für einen Kurzurlaub
8.0Wir hatten die Suite in der Résidence. Sie ist nicht nur gut gelegen, sondern auch originell möbliert.
− Wenig Ablage für Kleider. Ziemlich dunkel und etwas stark in den Dächern versteckt.
Prachtige locatie in het centrum.
8.0Super locatie midden in het centrum. Goede bedden en mooi en ruim sanitair. De behulpzaamheid van het hotelpersoneel bij jet vinden van een parkeerplaats (hoewel andere weggebruikers dit waarschijnlijk als minder prettig ervaren hebben (zie: wat viel tegen?)
− Het blijkt een dependance te zijn van een ander hotel. Hoewel we onze aankomsttijd hadden doorgegeven via Booking.com, was er niemand aanwezig toen we aankwamen en zag de entree er ook niet hotelachtig uit. Een attente buurman bood zijn hulp aan, toen ik het bordje bij de voordeur bestudeerde, maar werd nier erg vriendelijke te woord gestaan door het hotelpersoneel wat uiteindelijk wel kwam *na telefonisch contact).Vervolgens werd mij verweten dat ik het antwoord op mijn bericht niet had gelezen: bij mijn weten had ik geen bericht gestuurd (later bleek het om de gevraagde aankomsttijd te gaan) en kon ik niet weten dat er een bericht van het hotel was gekomen, omdat ik onderweg geen internet had. Dezelfde hotelmedewerker was ons zeer behulpzaam bij het vinden en vrijhouden van een parkeerplaats, maar bracht ons opnieuw in verlegenheid door de bejegening van andere weggebruikers. Jammer dat er vuilnisbakken bij de lift staan die onaangenaam rujken: dit heeft onze score negatief beïnvloed.
