I believe the hotel staff management had a scheme to charge everybody’s smoking fees in their room
1.0Nothing at all. Average Hampton with the worst front office staff especially the front desk manager Martin.

It was fine for a couple days stay. Staff weren't overly friendly, just doing their job and going thru the motions

− The towels were old. One even had a blood stain. Bad smell in the room & hallways certain times of day. It was like sewer smell. Bedding didn't smell fresh at all Breakfast was decent nothing special
Overall, the stay was pretty good. The staff were so nice and welcoming.

− I didn’t like the pillows they were not comfortable they were a little flat. I wish there were more breakfast options especially more meat.
