The terraced accommodation was right next to the beach meaning we could walk through the garden gate and step on to the sand and then straight in to the sea. The beach access, the lovely covered terrace and the close proximity to great bars & restaurants were the major positives of this property for us. The garden area also provided two seating areas offering different views of the surroundings. We particularly liked sitting at the table at the end of the garden overlooking the beach and sea with its fantastic view of the stunning sunset each evening. We hired a car which meant we could easily access the lovely town of Ouranoupoli with its fantastic restaurants and Lerissos which had an Aldi Supermarket with very affordable wines and a good selection of fish.

− The inside of the property was dated and in need of a bit of modernisation. The bathroom was small however the shower was a good size and worked very well. The lounge was a good size but would benefit from a table. The kitchen worked fine but would benefit from an update. The bedroom was a good size and there was plenty of cupboard space but the bed was set on a fixed platform in a corner of the room which meant it was more difficult to enter and exit the bed. The lighting was in need of improvement, the bedroom ceiling light sometimes worked and the hall light never worked.

Andreas is an excellent host, and it was a real pleasure to meet him. The accommodation is located right on a beautiful small beach, a short distance from the town of Ouranopoli, about 2 minutes drive to the nearest minimarket. Private parking. Fantastic place and privacy, we will definitely come back.
