10.0Nice B&B. 3rd bedroom- hard wood floors. Very clean bathroom. Older furniture- some modern touches would be nice. Very good breakfast/ huge portions! Easy walk to beach and restaurants/bars.

10.0Just had a wonderful day. Hotel is at a perfect location and we could walk everywhere with ease. Inn keeper does a fantastic job and serves us wonderful breakfast everyone. Would stay again.

10.0The Inn is very close to the downtown portion of Ogunquit (and not a far walk to the Marginal Way, which takes you down to Perkins Cove). Room was very comfortable with a smart tv and small refrigerator. Highlight was definitely the breakfasts, which were very hearty and delicious! We had yogurt parfaits with warm fruit followed by a hot breakfast both days. Would stay again!
