REALLY BAD THEY STOLE/ THROWED AWAY OUR STUFF
1.0The city , location, nothin else and one lady of the staff was friendly
− The male staff were extremely rude and acted as if they were above everyone else. They treated us with very little respect, and it felt like they judged us simply because we are teenagers. One of the worst experiences was that they threw away our bags containing food and drinks that we had bought in Switzerland. These were sealed, unopened products, not garbage. Instead of asking us first, they simply threw them away. Ironically, the actual trash we had left was not thrown away. When we spoke to the staff on the night of 16 July, they didn’t even try to look into what had happened. We had to argue about it, which I really didn’t appreciate. The breakfast was also very disappointing. There was very little choice, and the eggs had clearly undergone an iron-sulfur reaction—they had turned blue, which is unacceptable. The pool was dirty and green, and the bathroom had crusty dirt and buildup that should have been cleaned. The check-in process was poorly handled. The receptionist failed to ask all the necessary questions regarding my underage girlfriend, which caused problems later. At around 12:00 a.m., we had to spend another hour resolving issues that should have been addressed during check-in. This happened simply because the receptionist did not complete the process properly. On top of that, the hotel charged several additional fees that were never explained to us beforehand. The staff failed to provide important information, and the overall organization was chaotic. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The staff were disrespectful, the facilities were poorly maintained, and the management was disorganized. In my opinion, this level of service is unacceptable. A place operating like this in Switzerland would likely not be allowed to continue without major improvements. (Form an italian guy) btw
