8.0Café da manhã bom. Mas poderia ter omelete, tapioca. Da limpeza do quarto todos os dias, da localização, da estrutura do hotel é boa, da gentileza da equipe.
− Faltou pires na hora do café da manhã, Muito chato. Pedi a atendente e me deu uma desculpa que não condiz com a realidade que estava vendo todos os dias que fiquei. De 16 a 20/02/26. Só fiquei sabendo que vocês forneciam refeições pagas só no último dia. Ninguém mencionou em hora nenhuma que havia esse tipo de serviço. Faltou a comunicação da informação Poderia ter um cardápio no quarto para que ficassemos ciente. E também qual o ramal para falarmos com a recepção. Pois no quarto 113 não havia essa informação citada. No mais, é só ajuste para que torne excelente.

10.0Gostei do atendimento dos funcionários (simpaticos e prestativos) , tanto os da limpeza como os da recepção. O hotel era limpo e tinha um ótimo café da manhã . A localização tbem foi muito boa .
− Estavam fazendo reforma no ambiente de entrada, então estava um pouco confuso , mas acreditamos que o intuito era a melhoria do espaço.
