El trato fue excepcional y el apartamento muy limpio y bonito ,no me pude despedir de Marie me llevo un buen recuerdo fue muy amable y simpatica

Struttura in ottima posizione, un po' staccata dal centro ma facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi. Zona tranquilla per chi ama il relax, ben tenuta e molto ordinata. Proprietari molto cortesi e disponibili, attenti alla pulizia anche degli spazi comuni. Molto consigliata anche per famiglie.

− Suggerisco di dotare tutte le camere di tende oscuranti lato cucina per un confort migliore nelle prime ore del mattino, il resto tutto ben curato.

Tota Studios was the perfect stay. It was very clean, Maria was lovely and the room had everything we needed. Also, if anyone’s worried that it looks far from the centre online, it really isn’t: there’s a path through the field that gets you into the centre in about 5 minutes!

We had a wonderful stay at Tota Studios! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect—quiet, yet close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Maria and Filippos were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Tota Studios to anyone visiting Zakynthos!

We had an excellent stay at this two-bedroom studio in Tsilivi! The apartment is very spacious, with two large, clean, and comfortable rooms equipped with air conditioning. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout our stay. Towels and bed linen were changed regularly, and the apartment was maintained with great care, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights is the huge ground-floor terrace, perfect for having breakfast, enjoying a coffee, or spending relaxing evenings outdoors. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from both the beach and the town center, providing easy access to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. What truly made our stay special was our host, Maria. She is an amazing person and deserves a 10/10! She welcomed us warmly and was always happy to help with recommendations and useful advice about beaches, restaurants, and places to visit. She was always available and attentive to our needs, making our vacation even more enjoyable.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato impeccabile. La cortesia dei proprietari ineguagliabile. Il nostro piccolo appartamento era perfetto, tutto al suo posto, tutto pulitissimo. Dotato di semplici servizi, ma utili per la durata del soggiorno (tipo stendino per i vestiti esterno e piastrine per zanzare). La nostra camera veniva quotidianamente sistemata, nonostante noi la lasciassimo sempre ordinata. Noi avevamo l’auto, ma il centro di Tsilivi dista 10 min a piedi (con negozi, ristoranti, supermercato), idem per la spiaggia, quindi facilmente raggiungibili. Quando abbiamo fatto il check-out siamo ritornati dopo un paio di ore (in attesa del nostro volo) nell’area esterna degli alloggi (con giardini e tavolini) insieme a una coppia di nostri amici che alloggiavano altrove, e Filippo (il proprietario) ci ha permesso di restare senza problemi a pranzare lì offrendoci anche da bere. Siamo una coppia che viaggia tantissimo, ma questi sono veramente piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza. Se dovessimo tornare a Zante, senza dubbio torneremmo in questa struttura.
