7.0Hellen is an angel and always smiling, thank you Helen. The door to the unit (4). The lock opens exceptionally difficult. Even the staff struggled to open the security gate. This is a serious problem and clearly a health and safety risk. If a fire should break out, the occupiers of the unit will struggle getting out or might not get out in time. The bed lamp on the right side of the bed did not work. These are the kind of things that should be checked by a manager before guests arrive. It is a pitty as the rooms are spacious and the facility is in a great location.

− Same linen used, poo of insect on top of the dressing table, dust around the room and kitchen, room too cold even with the wall heater on, when I left the house keeper was making the bed with the same linen instead of discarding and putting a clean one.
The room was clean and neat. Dudu was always there to attend to whatever we required.
