10.0Front Desk staff is very professional and attentive to needs. Great customer service by Daniil, Katerina, and all others, sadly i did not get everyone else’s names. Best breakfast I ever had in a hotel!Big choice of Healthy food - Syrniki were delicious. It is located on the same parking lot as the SP Expo, which is about 30 minutes drive to the city downtown. However, they provide shuttle service to the closest subway station and airport. Just take pictures of the schedule at the Front Desk.
