10.0Everything we needed for s short business stay, especially the Asian Fusion restaurant next door. With 3 of us it is a little cramped, but its only 2 days and we are exhibiting at the Laudholm Festival, so not in the room except to sleep.

10.0Great to bring a dog but some owners left dog poop in the dog run. It may help if the grass was cut short otherwise a great spot and so dog friendly. Thanks!

10.0Super close to Kennebunkport. Super close so so many beaches. Great area for Food. Super convenient dollar general across the street

8.0The property was clean, though there was a chemical ordor in the room. The ordor was very pronounced and only dissipated with the windows open. When we requested it be checked the staff person, the housekeeper, was very rude and did nothing.

8.0Nice clean room only complaint was shower very small and no weights on shower curtain so water got on bathroom floor. Sink was cute looking but not deep enough to put your hands under faucet to wash hands. Maybe some kind of shelves to but toiletries on.
