6.0Location to train station, perfect location for arriving at night by train and then departing early in.the morning. Showers were hot with good, strong pressure, and the beds were comfy. Check-in was easy, and the staff member was great, explained everything well.
− In the morning, at checkout, admittedly, it was very early because we had a train to catch, the male staff member was very brusque. In fact, he came from out the back after we waited for a few minutes, looking as if we had disturbed his sleep. We handed over the key card and then found it very difficult to leave and carry our bags out without a key card because the door was locked at this time of the morning. The male staff member was very little assistance and It was a most unpleasant experience.

Please note that as Side Bar is located beneath rooms, you can expect some noise during the night with the bar closing at 03:00.
Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. Credit card used at the time of reservation must be presented upon checkin. For last minute, multiple person reservations (in periods of high demand) it may not be possible to put all occupants in the same room. We shall certainly do our best though!
Christmas and New Year Bookings
The full remaining cost of any booking for stays between the 20th of December and the 7th of January (inclusive) must be paid at the time of booking. Payment will be processed using the credit card that you nominated at the time of your booking, and will be nonrefundable. If the credit card you nominated is not chargeable, you will be contacted by management, and should no chargeable credit card be provided, your booking will be canceled. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
