10.0After being to the Philippines 10 times you expect to settle on many aspects of accomodations unless you stay in Makati, Manila. Not so.much with my stay here. Upon my arrival I was met with a very pleasant staff. They made sure i was happy with my room (I selected thw two twin bed room as I was traveling alone) and they informed me of the hotel policies and amenities. There is no pool but I was not there to swim so that was fine. Breakfast was included and they chexked with me the night before for slelection but there are other food choices if you decided to dine elsewhere. ANY newd I had or concern, which there were few, were immediately addressed and accomodated. After staying in my share of hotels, THIS is thebone I will revisit the next time I am in General Santos City, Philippines. This hotel is located.within a block of the citt center park which is a great place to walk or jog, especially at night. It is totally safe, as is the hotel. Being from Dallas, Inwas surprised to see that literally feet from the hotel, there is an authentic Texas Barbecue eatery with smokers and all. All in all, thisnwas well worth my money and I was very comfortable here.
