Prachtige omgeving, ruim appartement, maar zeer onvriendelijk en onbehulpzaam personeel.
6.0Ruim appartement, goede badkamer, fijn balkon en schoon.
− Zeer onvriendelijk personeel en ongastvrij. Het inchecken gaat via een QR-code zonder dat er wordt gevraagd of je een goede reis hebt gehad. Formulier moet snel worden ingevuld en bij het ondertekenen wordt gezegd dat je het snel moet doen aangezien je geen huis koopt. Erg onvriendelijk. Ook leek elke vraag te veel en werd er geantwoord met een zucht. Er worden kosten gerekend voor alles, zoals een extra wc rol of een schone handdoek. Ook kost een wasbeurt 15 euro.

10.0I wanted to praise the accommodation in the resort, the apartment was spacious, clean and tastefully furnished. The staff was pleasant and kind and the receptionist Josef made a positive impression on us when we arrived. The breakfasts were rich with quality products. The location was very convenient in terms of skiing. You just put on your skis at the building and ride them to the lift and on the way back you ski back to the building. Simply idyllic. The slopes were always perfectly groomed in the morning, only the weather was not very favorable for snow (a little warm), but mostly sunny. And there were also quite a few options to eat well on the slopes. Jiří and Daniela
