4.0Семьи с детьми, будте осторожны! Об этом отеле написано много хороших отзывов, но хотелось бы затронуть проблему, которая произошла конкретно у нас. Мы приехали сюда семьей из 2взрослых и 2детей (6 лет и 4 месяца). Забронировали номер улучшеной категории, бОльший по размеру и по цене соответственно, но на ресепшн сказали что за нашего грудничкам мы должны внести доплату в размере 4500р за ночь! После небольшой дискуссии цена была снижена до 1500р за ночь. Мы пробовали добиться бесплатного проживания для ребёнка, даже приносили фото из описания номера и условий проживания, Где написано, что ребёнок до 1года без места проживает бесплатно, но все бесполезно...Отговорка у них была одна: надо было бронировать номер стандарт, тогда были бы дети бесплатно, но скажите мне, ГДЕ ЗДЕСЬ ЛОГИКА?? Мы бронируем номер улучшенный, доплачиваем за это и ещё нужно доплачивать за детей! Да и что должен ребёнок такого сделать, за что мы платим по 1500р в день? Если он ничего не ест в таком возрасте, спит с нами, никакими благами отеля не пользуется. Поразило отношение на ресепшн, полное отсутсвие, никак не хотели войти в проблему и с ней разобраться. И самое интересное, когда мы спросили у горничной почему нам кладут по 3 комплекта полотенец, она сказала что у неё записано в номере живет 3 человека...Из минусов ещё: пауки по всей территории отеля, старший ребёнок очень боялся, по вечерам куча комаров и весьма посредственная уборка, постоянно что то забывали положить. Друзьям рекомендовать не стану
