A good value and location.
7.0Good variety of breakfast foods. Appreciate they have rooms for dogs. Location, lots of trees and chairs to sit on around property. Indoor pool and hot tub.
− First floor patios dirty. Full of soot and leaves. Carpeting throughout room. Better to match vinyl flooring in bathroom. Add a water bottle dispenser to main lobby. One where we can have filtered cold water with breakfast and when coming and going.

7.0The location was great on the end of town
− There was cereal on the floor on the steps. When we got there Friday and the same cereal was there. When we left Sunday. There was no elevator to the 2nd floor so me and my bad knee had to go upstairs. Which sucked

8.0This is my 5th time at this hotel in 2 years, and the location and value is top notch! It is very clean and has a wonderful indoor pool and hot tub! It is a small hotel so quaint and you can relax without a ton of people and noise! I will be back in September!
− The breakfast area is too small and wish they had some vending machines with drinks and snacks.
