6.0The property was clean, quiet and very nice. However the staff was never present when needed. Many many times, the front freak was empty and no one to be found for questions or basic needs. Very disappointing, especially when needing to check in and out and get help with a taxi back to the airport on the night before as well as the day of our departure. They just give you a key and tHats it for your entire stay. We won’t stay here again, a little more attention would have made so much difference.

10.0Best place I’ve stayed in a long time. The place has the feel of Antigua, you can walk everywhere, and it’s so clean. Beautifully decorated and they thought of everything travelers need. I will definitely stay again!
