10.0Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka. Hotel położony jest w idealnym miejscu do zwiedzania Wenecji – większość atrakcji znajduje się w zasięgu spaceru. Pokój był przestronny, o normalnych rozmiarach, a nie ciasną klitką, co znacząco podnosi komfort pobytu. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu i świetnie sprawdzała się podczas upałów. Mimo lokalizacji w samym centrum, w hotelu panowała cisza i spokój, dzięki czemu można było dobrze wypocząć.

7.0Otel sahibi ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltısı fena değildi. Konum olarak tren garına uzaktı ama diğer yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Oda büyüklüğü iyiydi.
− Temizlik açısından pek memnun kalmadık. Kafamızın üstündeki apliklerde örümcek ağları vardı :( Prizlerin birkaçında da sıkıntı vardı ve yatak rahat değildi.
