10.0Spot on for me. Used it as a base for a course at warsash college, it was clean, tidy, and very ideal location wise. Good instructions and no issues with any amenities.

Great property, great location
9.0The property had a kitchen complete with fridge, utensils and cutleries. There was a Co-Op within 10 mintes walking distance to get the ingredients for cook. Also, a Chinese takeaway and a pub nearby.
− The towel radiator in the bathroom seemed to be on 24 hours although I changed the thermostat setting. Although I am not sure if it was right thermosat I was operating.
Nice modern retreat for a few days
6.0Great location tucked away close to the Hamble. Easy parking and modern facilities. Great large wardrobe for storage
− Kitchen lacked space and microwave was in another room. We were living there as between houses so maybe our expectations were different. Kitchen pans scratched and need to be replaced. Small for the price of the accommodation
