6.0The pros 1.Spacious room,comfortable bed,clean sheets 2.Central location, close to shops and eateries 3.Clean and presentable with dining table. 4.John-boy and the Manager at Reception kind and helpful with room change. The cons1.Hotel looks new and renovated but obvious leaks around the bath and shower area appears to be a constant problem unresolved by Management. The pooling of water from shower dripping onto the floor is a safety hazard. Not so happy-looking housekeeping staff would attend to the leak by placing rolled towels around the bathtub. We were given a change of room for second night by a kind Manager but the same leak happened. The shower is within the old, high bath-problem if u have mobility issues. 2.Amenities were poor. 2 coffee sachets, no No slippers. Not even a second toilet roll for a 2 -night stay unless asked for. 3.Walls very thin. We were unfortunate to have inconsiderate neighbors who were heard till 2.00 am. Overall, it could have been a more pleasant stay but not so. Hadyai has great fresh food markets and such friendly people
