Our first experience in Grand Hotel Kuwait
10.0Check in service is very excellent and fast! The front desk staff are are very helpful and kind. But highlight of our stay is because of our experience in the Vitality spa. The staff are very excellent and their massage service is one of a kind! I will surely recommend it to my friends and family! Kudos for Staff Mini Sam! However I would suggest if they can improve their television and the telephone. Its is really old and difficult to use.
