− Lamp was broken, found a bed bug
Terrifying experience with sketchy people outside.

− It was horrible. Would never stay again. I felt my safety was a stake constantly. The bed sheets were stained with period blood or cum. It was filthy everywhere. Smoke detector was broken. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was mold. I was terrified of potential bed bugs or other bugs in the room. The floors were disgusting. Absolutely would never pay again.
Bad enough I won’t be returning.
2.0The air conditioning worked well that’s the only good thing I can say about my stay.
− Upon arriving at 11:20pm a sign in the lobby stated the lobby is closed from 11-7 even though my reservation paperwork stated that check in was until 11:30. After finding an employee in the parking lot we were able to get into our room. The bed sheets were stained the shower was dirty. The water pressure wasn’t that great along with the hot water. My bother also found a bug crawling in his bed when trying to fall asleep. They refused to allow me to check out early.
I was bamboozeled by this company and advertisement. I want my money back

− This property is false advertising what the rooms and property look like. We didn’t want to stay here because it looks nothing like what the picture shows. It’s a shame that they are allowed to take peoples money and lie about what the property looks like and offers. They know what they’re doing. The property is drastically different. This is why they don’t offer a refund because they know this property is a mess

1.0Nothing!!!!!!! There was no staff on site when i arrived to check in. Had to Spend more money to stay at a different hotel!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!
− The Fact that not one staff member was there!!!! Could not check in and as a result had to spend Extra funds for a different hotel to stay at!!!!! I was not the only patron that this happened to. Another guy arrived minutes after i did and had to go else where too.
