− Leider wird gerade das Restaurant neu gebaut, verbunden mit viel Lärm tagsüber.Man kann aber in die Nachbaranlage an den (viel größeren)Pool gehen und auch dort das Restaurant Mitbenutzung.

1.0The staff in the reception have a very bad attitude very unprofessional
− All they wanted is more money i find out that the room we order was the worst room so we ask to upgrade The way they calculate the upgrade was very bad Fist they deduct 15% of the room we actually received as they say this is booking charging us so we need to charge you and then they calculate the extra for the upgrade and add the 15% of the original price and then add another 3% for credit card payment which I never heard of in hotels in Thailand In any case the all service was bad the breakfast was very bad as well very limited celebration basically you go out hungry
