6.0Mi cuarto no fué limpiado el día 2 de mi estadía, por la noche pedí una cobija porque es invierno y no me la trajeron hasta la última noche de mi estadía. El personal no es muy amable.

La Recepcionista estaba perdida.....
4.0El Hotel es muy bonito y bien ubicado, el problema fue la recepcionista, al llegar nos dijo que ellos no trabajaban con Hoteles.com ¿?, y que no encontraba mi reserva, y sin revisar mas, nos invito a retirarnos.... pues no teníamos reserva...., luego de mucha insistencia y de pedir hablar con su jefe, recien se puso a buscar en los correos y encontró la reserva, pero nos hiso perder mucho tiempo y pasar un disgusto...
