8.0房間和浴室非常乾淨舒適，不穿拖鞋踩在地方上也不會覺得腳底有黏黏的感覺。只是隔音不太好，比較容易干擾睡眠唷。

10.0It is very clean (as new) and the owner is very thoughtful and helpful. Bikes are free to ride and the location is perfect for those who wants to enjoy the river side park or bike ride

10.0民宿鄰近冬山河自行車道，就在利澤簡橋附近，可享受自行車道的悠閒旅程！ 有寬敞的客廳及廚房可使用，適合親友共遊，因屬住宅區域，晚上很安靜. 喜愛夜市小吃的旅客，可以開車前往羅東夜市，約15分鐘內的車程可達。

8.0民宿管家江先生是個親切熱情的人! 民宿的佈置典雅,素靜...床和枕頭也很好睡... 清潔用品都算有品牌,最重要的是環境真的很乾淨! 唯一的小缺點是隔音不太好,樓上沖水聲和浴室的抽氣機還蠻大聲的~~
