7.0Der Balkon ist groß und auch bei schlechtem Wetter benutzbar. Für die Unterbringung der Fahrräder ist in Form eines großen Fahrradraumes gut gesorgt. Sehr angenehm war der vorhandene Fahrstuhl.
− Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen.Für uns hat bei der Küchenausstattung eine Suppenkelle gefehlt.Leider ist die komplette Wohnung mit Teppichboden, das halte ich für unhygienisch.

Der Urlaub war schön , aber diese Unterkunft würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen.
5.0Die Lage und der Ausblick auf die Berge haben uns besonders gefallen.
− Nicht gefallen hat uns die Tatsache , das der Gastgeber uns als erstes gebeten hat ,die Buchung über Booking zu stornieren, um uns dann einen günstigeren Preis zu bieten. Dies finde ich nicht korrekt , da er euch benutzt, um Kunden zu bekommen und dann will er sich wahrscheinlich um die Gebühr an euch drücken. Das empfinde ich als nicht anständig. Einiges an Renovierungsbedarf besteht leider auch, da es doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen wirkte und auch Küchenutensilien zum Teil einer Erneuerung bedürfen. Schade das solche Kleinigkeiten nicht beachtet werden.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
9.0Freundlich, sauber, ruhige Lage. Gepflegtes Gebäude, Fahrstuhl. Reichlich Parkplätze, große und überdachte Balkone. Sauna, Fitnessraum, Bar.
− Apartment: in Schlafzimmer/Dachgeschoss ist zu geringe Deckenhöhe/ Gefahr des Kopf anstoßend. Statt Teppichboden aus hygienischen Gründen währe Laminat Boden schöner gewesen.
