− Uma pessoa precisou dormir no chão, pois não tinha sofá cama, conforme combinado. Um dos banheiros era minúsculo e o chuveiro estava entupido.

6.0Estar de frente para o parque do grupo Di Roma
− O quarto em que fiquei (1006B da torre A) não tinha uma area para alimentação e varal de pé conforme dito no anuncio. Como não tem sacada e sem o varal não tem onde colocar as roupas de banho e toalhas molhadas. Os ralos do predio são abetos e volta cheiro dos encanamentos. Encontrei no chão, no cantinho da cama um toco de cigarro do hospede anterior. A TV é antiga e sem opção de conexão em plataforma de streaming quando em momentos de descanço. Ignorando esse pontos todo o resto atende pelo preço pago. Vale ressaltar o atendimento dos funcionarios que é sensacioanl: sempre cordiais, prestaticos e muito educados.
