Not a good stay at Sheraton
6.0The location was good. The showers were good
− The pool did not have pool towels. It took 45 minutes for staff to restock even after several attempts of requesting staff. The beds were not as soft and the. pillows were flat. None satisfying. Front desk was not as friendly during check in.

− Self parking system is horrible. A customer has to scan code then complete information including phone number, email address, license plate etc Ridiculous since the hotel already has all this information. Very irritating!

− No microwave in the room. Some areas could have been a little cleaner, overall not bad.
