1.0We booked our stay at Oyo hotel in Heber Springs, AR a few days before our trip. When we arrived at the address we found the hotel shut down and the property had been converted to apartments. This was confirmed by one of the current renters there. We requested a full refund by calling the number listed at the hotel and were told sorry, but since we did not cancel in time we would not receive a refund for our booked stay BY BOTH THE HOTEL CUSOMER SERVICE AND HOTELS.COM !!! We notified the police in Heber Springs and were told that they had been told this by several others that had the same rip off occur to them as well. With how we were treated by hotels.com I hope you are enjoying your surcharge that you get for running this scam for an overseas rip off company. To anyone reading this be advised that hotels.com is taking money for nonexistent properties. BEWARE AND RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!!

− I did not like anything bc The hotel was not even Oyo Hotel, was not even open to check in to rooms, the lobby was closed and there was not even staff personnel on site. Apparently Oyo Hotel had sold the facility/buildings & rooms and no longer own the property but for some reason the business has the audacity to keep renting rooms that do not belong to the company... Complete waste of my time and travel expenses and I had to sleep in the truck and lost the chance to visit and spend time with my son and his new fiancee, that I rarely have the opportunity to get together with...
