− Podrían dejar algo más para el aseo en cocina ya que en mercados no se consigue nada chico. Fijarse en las cortinas el Black out cubría media ventana.y en la del dormitorio le faltan unos ganchos. Me llevo la impresión de que en los aptos que estuve en éstas vacaciones prestan más atención a los detalles, que se arreglan con muy poco dinero.
A clean and comfortable apartment on 4 floors but with accessibility issues, many stairs no lift
7.0The apartment was clean, comfortable and central. The kitchen was fully equipped, but with accessibility issues. 4 floors with numerous steps no lift.
− We stayed on the 4th floor, with the rooftop balcony. I was very disappointed to discover on arrival that the apartment is located up several flights of stairs and there is no lift or elevator. This important information was not made sufficiently clear in the Booking.com listing. There were at least 58 steps all the way to the 4th floor. My daughter and I arrived with two large suitcases, and carrying them up multiple flights of stairs was extremely difficult. As I have recently had surgery and am unable to lift heavy luggage, this created a significant problem and made the start of our stay very stressful. I strongly believe the absence of a lift should be prominently stated in the property description so that guests can make an informed decision before booking. Had I known this in advance, I would not have chosen this apartment. Future guests, particularly those with mobility issues, recent injuries, medical conditions, or heavy luggage, should be aware of the access situation before making a reservation.

− This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, the neighborhood was very noisy, and it was almost impossible to rest properly. The staff was not friendly at all; they came across as indifferent and unhelpful. A deposit also had to be paid, which made the experience even worse, and there was no elevator in the building, so getting around with luggage was especially inconvenient. It was also a major drawback that no basic toiletries were provided.
