10.0Еда (обед и ужин), гала ужин, дружелюбный персонал, номер, из душевой не вытекала река, вид очень красивый, много лифтов.
− Бурлилки не работают вечером и после обеда и все находятся снаружи. Завтрак не очень.

9.0Personale cortese e disponibile. Già in fase di prenotazione ci avevano detto che, anche se il check-out era entro le 11, avremmo potuto tenere il kit piscina (teli e accappatoi) e usufruire delle piscine fino a sera, senza problemi. Noi ne abbiamo approfittato fino all'ora di pranzo. Ottimo servizio. Avevamo la pensione completa. Scelta di piatti molto varia e in grado di soddisfare un po' tutti i gusti/esigenze. Lo stesso vale per la colazione. Torneremo sicuramente.
