We had a blast with our friends and the staff were very accommodating of our high jinx!

− Smallest of things but the champagne glasses were not replaced on the service but everything else was ... towels, cups, water glasses etc. It just made the top a bit cluttered and I didn't want to put dirty glasses back on the shelf. We had friends staying in another room and they came with their champagne glasses so that meant there were 4 on the top.
Overall, a very pleasing experience; our preference when coming to Wellington for a few days

6.0− 前台员工在我check-in 的时候给了我非常不好的体验。 1.员工全程态度冷漠，在我没有额外增加服务的时候，表情更是有种 “你这么cheap就不要来我们酒店。” 2.由于我早到,询问房间是否ready. 前台告诉我，没有房间ready.然后过了一会告诉我,如果我额外支付费用的话，可以现在办理入住。我不高兴的是，她完全可以在开始说，或者我到达之前，酒店的邮件应该说，我们收费可以提前允许check in.而不是说你们会尽可能满足，然后前台说，房间没有ready的同时，额外支付可以入住。
