5.0The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location. It is perfectly located, close to everything, and made it very easy to explore the area. This was by far the best part of our stay.
− The biggest disappointment was the air conditioning, which was not working properly. The room was extremely hot during a heatwave, making it very difficult to sleep. When I informed the hosts, they told me that a technician had already been there two days earlier, which clearly shows they were already aware of the problem. Unfortunately, it had not been properly fixed. Another negative point was the attitude of the hosts. They were not welcoming or helpful, and I sincerely hope you won't need to ask them for anything during your stay, as friendliness and customer service were clearly lacking.

7.0De locatie is top, om de hoek van de hoofdstraat van Olbia met allemaal restaurantjes. De bushaltes om naar het strand of de luchthaven te gaan zijn ook op maar een paar minuten lopen. Kamer zag er schattig uit, mooie badkamer.
− Ik miste wat persoonlijk contact met de eigenaar. Bij aankomst bleek dat de airco niet goed werkte en het doucheputje stroomde niet door, waardoor we niet konden douchen. De badkamer liep meteen volledig onder. We hadden een telefoonnummer gekregen waarop we konden appen, dus dit gedaan, maar het contact hierover verliep moeizaam. Er kwam geen excuus of een vriendelijk bericht. In plaats daarvan kregen we te horen dat de airco het bij de vorige gasten nog deed en dat we de handleiding maar moesten lezen. Toen ik aangaf deze nergens te kunnen vinden, moest ik een foto van de afstandsbediening van de airco sturen. Bij thuiskomst ‘s avonds laat op onze tweede dag kwamen we erachter dat er blijkbaar iemand langs was geweest want de gebrekkigheden waren opgelost. Het is dan wel fijn om even een berichtje te krijgen dat er iemand is geweest en dat er ook even gecheckt wordt of alles nu oké is.
