Staff were friendly and on top of cleaning the property. Beach acess was directly across street.
8.0The location was great and the pool was private from the road. We enjoyed being able to use a grill. We were able to purchase food at a local grocery store to grill out.
− having to pay for an extra bed and it being a blow up mattress. Although they offered a hand pump which would have been convenient is we decided to get the extra "bed"

We enjoyed being an old Orchard with our friends next almost next-door. There was a few things that we disliked about it
1.0Some of the staff was beautiful the owners help my husband after a fall because our room the step was too far up for him and he fell and they come out and helped them up but the location for us was not the greatest because of those steps. I even had a hard time with it.
− Location of our room, the beds were hard. The coffee maker was not right. We had to ask for no one the first night we had to park out back and walk around after that we got into our spot. they put a ramp in for us to get up inside our room because the step was so large for us to step up in put. The ramp was too steep. Suggestion is another step so you could step up twice or I built in a ramp that would work better. also better mattresses.
