6.0The room i stayed ffg or a night wasn't anything like a hotel should be, no proper ventilation, bedsheet are not cleaned properly, interior colors is depressing. Complained and my room was changed to something better. Wifi wasn't accessible at all through out my stay. Please do more to keep up standards.
Poor communication with hotel management regarding
4.0The receptionist failed to understand that we had a reservation despite showing her confirmation details. It took several hours on the phone to Hotels.com to sort this out.
