Friendly, welcoming gem of a hotel, with the most amazing food.
10.0Peaceful location. Wonderful rooms. But the real thing we loved was the friendliness. Such a welcoming owner and staff. Breakfast and dinner on the terrace felt really special - really outstanding food, with friendly and excellent service. Really wonderful place to stay.

8.0We are somewhat conflicted about how to rate this hotel, especially when comparing it to some of the more expensive hotels in Northern Spain. At its price point, it is truly an excellent hotel; on the other hand, the standard of the room (and particularly the bathroom) naturally falls short of higher-category hotels. However, the property boasts extensive grounds, a swimming pool, and green spaces, as well as facilities for table tennis and basketball-amenities our children really appreciated, making them very fond of the hotel.
− A minor drawback for some might be that, although the hotel feels quite secluded, a major road runs very close by, and traffic noise is audible. In an absolute comparison, the hotel might lose some ground, but within its specific price category, it offers a standard well above the norm.
