9.0Le Petit déjeuner en buffet est de qualité et le dîner servi à table est très bien . Il y’a un Parking derrière l’hôtel où il y’a toujours de la place . Le Personnel est agréable
− La piscine est petite . C’est un bel hôtel malgré un emplacement un peu éloigné des belles plages , la voiture est conseillée

1.0Do pouco tempo no Hotel, o que sobressaiu de positivo foram os amenities, da Rituals.
− O quarto atribuído tinha um ruído constante, proveniente do transformador do posto de transformação do Hotel, localizado mesmo por debaixo do quarto. Aquando do check-in demos conta, mas pensámos que fosse algo temporário. Às 11 da noite, no regresso ao quarto, demos conta que continuava o ruído, indo ser impossível de dormir. Na receção, disseram-nos inicialmente que não tinham mais quartos, depois arranjam um quarto, mas por cima do atual, o problema iria ser o mesmo. A manager do Hotel, ao telefone disse que iria um técnico, que supostamente foi, e disse que não havia problema nenhum. Acontece que o técnico, não foi dentro do quarto, para ouvir o ruído. Foi-nos arranjado alojamento no Hotel próximo e ficou resolvido, já perto da 01 da manhã. A lamentar, que seguramente sabem do problema, e não reparando o mesmo, mantêm o quarto ativo. Igualmente a lamentar, que quando nos arranjaram a alternativa para o outro Hotel, ser-nos dito "é um favor que vos faço"! Caiu muito mal. A referir também, o quarto reservado tinha como descrição "Garden Room with Pine Forest View", a vista de frente do quarto é um muro com vedação e dá para a estrada, vendo sim, as casas do outro lado da rua.

− O quarto reservado inicialmente fazia barulhos durante a noite (ventoinhas ar condicionado) impedindo dormir com normalidade. Mudamos de quarto e tudo ficou resolvido.

10.0Fabulous place to stay relatively small and quiet . The rooms are excellent , great towels and bedding which is always a priority. Plenty of Sun loungers, breakfast is splendid and the staff are all lovely. The reception staff are fabulous so helpful. It is our fourth time at this hotel and would not consider staying elsewhere when visiting this area of Portugal
