10.0You can’t beat the location right on the beach. The bed was so comfortable. The balcony overlooking the ocean was so relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful.
− Parking can be tricky because you are fighting for spots with those coming to the beach. There is no designated place for Numero Uno guests.

Overall , I had an awesome stay in a beautiful location . Great money value. I will gladly recommend further.
10.0Overall I rate this as the best stay in San Juan to get a perfect combination of beach and city vacation. The beach house was a perfect option between an apartment in a tall building which could feel more residential and a hotel chain which would take local experience out of the way. This was the exact middle ground which gives that homey cozy vibe with beautiful views and serenity of the place and the garden but at the same time gives the hotel amenities as daily house keeping , beach towels, sun chairs and umbrellas as well as convenience of a private beach bar and kitchen (only for hotel guests). On top of that the stuff is available 24/7 and everyone was just amazing. Always smiling and attentive as well as accommodating. The location was also very convenient and accessible, even gated with a security .
− The only remark I had was the poor drainage system in the shower as it got flooded pretty quickly. Understandingly living on the island and with the sand it can be expected so no points down for it. Furthermore , the housekeeping was always nice providing extra towels to help the issue.
