− Location was not the nicest with unhoused people on the sidewalks nearby and lots of trash on the ground. It was really expensive for a tiny room.

− Zimmer sehr klein aber grundsätzlich okay Zimmer zur Straße recht laut Schimmel an der Decke des Badezimmers (hat kein Fenster und keine Lüftung) - Reklamation wurde zur Kenntnis genommen - Es gab keine aber Reaktion. Paris ist teuer das ist klar, aber hier würde ich definitiv nicht nochmal hinfahren

This is a reasonably priced hotel for Paris with very decent accommations.
8.0The room was standard small Parisian. The location is convenient to two train stations and public transportation. Easy to get around. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.
