Lage top. Nah genug am Stadtkern, aber weit genug weg, um aus dem Trubel raus in die Ruhe zu kommen. Ausstattung top. Besonders hervorzuheben die elektr. Rolläden mit kompletter Verdunklung und das interessante Staubsaugersystem mit Anschluss für das Rohr in jeder Wohnung. Tiefgarage mit Aufzug direkt vors Appartment und gut organisierte saubere Müllentsorgung. Waschmaschinen und Bügelzubehör, sowie umfangreiche Putz-Ausstattung (wie oben erwähnter Staubsauger) im Gemeinschaftsbereich / Skikeller vorhanden. Alles bestens gepflegt und sehr sauber. Sehr netter Kontakt zum reibungslosen Check-In und Check-Out und für Fragen zwischendurch per WhatsApp.

− Leider etwas hellhörig. Man bekommt doch einiges mit von den Nachbarn und aus dem Flur. Da es aber durchweg "vernünftige" Mitbewohner waren, kein Problem. Und in einem so gemütlichen Holzhaus geht es ja nicht anders. Nachtruhe wurde sehr gut respektiert.

Der Urlaub war wunderschön mit toller Umgebung und ruhiger Wohnlage.

Gute ruhige Lage, unkomplizierter Check in, sehr netter Kontakt. Betten gut, Appartment sehr sauber. Mit Hund auch super unkompliziert. Grüne Wiesen direkt vor der Nase.

− Schade fanden wir, dass der Balkon so klein war. Im Sommer will man doch mehr draußen sitzen -ja man hätte in den Garten können, jedoch gab es hier nur Liegen und keinerlei Möglichkeit an einen Tisch zu sitzen. Insgesamt fanden wir die Wohnung lieblos eingerichtet - es war zwar alles da somit war es praktisch. Für das Geld 2100€ /Woche haben wir schon bessere Wohnungen bekommen. Etwas günstiger wäre die Wohnung auf jeden Fall ohne Ausnahme o.k. - am Ende zählt eben immer Angebot und Nachfrage.
