Staff really nice, good facilities, good accommodation, clean. They have tea for you all night, that was great. They let us leave the bags there for one day when we went to machu pichu and we came back.

− The rooms were cold. They gave us extra blankets and we were ok after that! However a heater would be appreciated.

Clean, comfortable stay near historic center

8-10 mins walk to Plaza de Armas, steps away from grocery store and pharmacy. Clean and comfortable stay, it can be cold at night but room was equipped with layers of blanket. Quiet at night, so I was able to sleep good. Hot water always available. A space at the fridge was provided.

− No freezer only refrigerator. Laundry not available 24/7, so I wasn’t able to do my laundry when I wanted to.

− Todo mal. Mucho frío, nada aislado. No calefacción. Sin cortina opaca entra toda la luz. Personal no amable. Hormigas en la habitación. Te cobran un 5% adicional por pago con tarjeta. Baño con falta de azulejos...

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
