I enjoyed the space; there was plenty of room for everyone. The view was beautiful, and the pool was a wonderful addition. Being just 20 minutes out of town made it very peaceful and quiet.

− There are some safety concerns with the balcony-the spacing in the railing is too wide, as I was able to fit my thigh through it. A small child could easily slip through, which is especially concerning at 12 stories high. The sliding glass doors also appeared to be broken, and most of them could not be locked. An active leak also began from the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. Additionally, I found dirty pillows stored in the cabinets.

The views were breathtakingly peaceful and quiet, making our stay truly enjoyable. The spacious penthouse provided ample room for the kids to relax and unwind. The swimming pools were a great addition to the property.

− There weren’t any restaurants or convenience stores available, especially considering the remote location, which would have been quite resourceful for the visitors. However, there was another resort about 5 minutes away that had a restaurant and staff available when they were enjoying the pool. I had to make multiple trips to town, which is about a 25-minute drive from the resort.

The location is good but the penthouse 1203 is bad so look for another place.

− The penthouse unit we stayed in 1203 Luna Blanca is poorly maintained and is a health hazard. Staying there was not pleasant and not worth the money. It was dilapidated and dirty. Door lock was broken, fridge was leaking, air filters and fans were dirty/dusty. The pots and pans were from cheap Teflon, deeply scratched and all but one were unusable. Microwave is shown on the picture, it was in terrible condition. Windows were unclean and window curtain missing. When the door was fixed on day 3, we had one key to be shared by 5 people. The management apologised but did nothing to make it better. Don’t stay in the penthouse.
