9.0Lovely room with fabulous view over the fields. Generous breakfast basket. Maggie was very helpful and restocked items when requested.
− Washing the breakfast dishes and cutlery in the small bathroom sink. The breakfast basket provided is very good but space is limited when preparing breakfast. However the room overall was very comfortable.

8.0Cute little place. Good location for exploring coast and Chichester. V accommodating and attentive host. Thank you v much for 2 relaxing nights!
− The bed was too soft for us. Carpets a bit worn. The Bedsit and its garden Would be better facing away from or Further away from the B road (noisy at times) Driving out onto the main road felt a bit risky because of the speed of cars and the restricted visibility. It’s easier at night or with 2 people looking out for oncoming cars.
