8.0It was good stay. Beautiful location. Prices are high especially not being able to check in until 4:00 so basically we paid $160 for very short time to be there look around a little bit sleep eat and leave the pool area is very small it was very crowded and the water was so cold we didn't even get in and my granddaughter couldn't even enjoy it it was so ice cold the pool area isn't the cleanest and the floors are very slippery in the pool room.. breakfast was just okay your normal continental breakfast the gift shop is outrageously expensive it was one of The lodges I had never been to so I can mark it off my list and I wouldn't go back there now if you're there for the Hatfield and McCoy trails it would be great place to stay...

10.0Loved the Lodge. Check in was easy, room was big, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was great! nice handicap parking right in front. The place is beautiful and quiet. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

6.0Stayed for Labor Day weekend to ride. Hot tub was closed off and drained. Indoor pool was cold and dirty. Staff was polite checking in but not very resourceful for being native to the area. All in all I'd rate it a 3-3.5. Their website should let customers know about the status of facilities that are not usable. Whole reason we choose this place was for the hot tub and the quietness.

4.0The shower in the room 208 did not work. The tv did not work as well. After spending time trying to fix the tv I just gave up. I was staying here while working nights and about 10am the power went off and the house keeping staff were still going door to door banging and woke me up.
