− タオルにヘアカラーなどの汚れがあったと手紙が置いてあったが、使用前から汚れていたものであり、少し不快な気分になった

Excellent location, but the hotel itself needs significant updates to match its advertised rating.
6.0The location was excellent, with shopping, restaurants, and public transportation all within walking distance. It made it very easy to get around Seoul and explore the area.
− The hotel felt quite old, and the room was dated and could have been cleaner and better maintained. In my opinion, it did not feel like a 4-star hotel and was closer to a 2- or 3-star standard.
