5.0Location was good. The room we ended up with was quite nice. The breakfast is great.
− I had messaged the day before asking if we could get early check in, we were told yes 2 pm. Great. We cancel our plans to drive up a couple hours earlier to check in, but when we get there, there’s no one around. Ringing the doorbell for a few minutes before a man answered and I explain the situation and he says “the boy will be there at 4” and hung up the ring camera. Very frustrating and disappointing to have that the start of our stay. Our original bed in our room was broken, we noticed it immediately. They switched us to a different room very quickly which was nice but the next morning they told us we needed to move to a different room again because someone was booked for this room. Again, awful communication because we were not told this the night before when they moved us to this room. We were 5 minutes from heading out the door for the day and explained that it wouldn’t be possible for us to move rooms when they needed us to because we would be out for the day. It took a lot of back and forth before they allowed us to stay put in this room. What would have been a really nice stay ended up quite frustrating at times

− Der fleckige alte wellige Teppich im Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers insgesamt bei Anreise. Frühstück überschaubar.
