− L emplacement ! L accueil pas chaleureux du tout avec un staff qui n’avait pas vu la réservation via booking. Ménage est négligé. Pas eu droit au petit déjeuner néanmoins payé car devions partir pour 7h. Il a exigé le paiement de la chambre sans que l on puisse vérifier si c était juste une réservation ou une chambre déjà payée . Hôtel sans réseau internet malgré 2 opérateurs différents dont un vietnamien . Nous déconseillons cet hôtel
Staff could not do enough for us went above and beyond letting us store our luggage for the day and shower when we retur

Brilliant. Staff are superb and it’s a great location right in the heart of Ninh Binh
10.0The staff are absolutely amazing. My flight was delayed so I missed a day at Ninh binh. So I asked if I could extend my stay thankfully they were able to accommodate. Also I asked about hiring a moped came down to lobby and bike sitting outside also I didn’t have to return it the bike.
